What is the lead time for my order?

Your sales consultant will be able to provide you with this information. If the product is being ordered in from a supplier, the lead time for your product will likely be increased

What if I wish to cancel or amend my order?
Cancellations within 48 hours of an order being placed will receive a full refund. Cancellations or alterations of an order beyond 48 hours will not receive a refund.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes,  you are welcome to pick up your order from either of our Mornington or Sorrento stores. Larger items may need to be collected from our warehouse, located in Mornington. When your payment is complete, we will confirm with you for your item to be collected.
