At Big Chair Living, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you’ll receive your purchases.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM AEST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (metro areas): 3–7 business days

  • Standard Shipping (regional areas): 5–10 business days

  • Bulky/Furniture Items: 7–14 business days depending on location

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or external events.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia wide.

For international orders or shipping to remote areas, please contact us at marketing@bigchair.com.au before placing your order.


4. Bulky & Large Item Deliveries

Furniture and large items may require special freight carriers or delivery appointments.

  • Curbside or doorstep delivery is standard unless white-glove service is specified.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.

  • Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


6. Delivery Issues

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email: marketing@bigchair.com.au with your order number and photos if applicable.


7. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, public holidays, strikes, or courier disruptions.
We’ll always work with you and our shipping partners to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing an order.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


9. Click & Collect (if applicable)

Customers may choose to collect their order from our warehouse/store location. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
