Returns, Cancellations & Custom Orders – Terms & Conditions
1. Standard Stock Items – Returns

Returns of standard stock items are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be in original condition (unused, undamaged, and with original packaging) to be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Returns will not be accepted:

After the 7-day return window.

If the item is not in its original condition

For any custom orders.

For any discounted, sale, or clearance items.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.
2. Ordered Items – Cancellations

Cancellations of processed orders for standard stock items are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

No cancellations will be accepted after the item has been dispatched.

This cancellation policy does not apply to custom orders (see below).
3. Custom Items – Orders and Cancellations

All custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once an order has been confirmed and a deposit has been paid.

By placing an order for a custom item, the customer agrees to proceed with full payment as agreed, regardless of changes in personal circumstances or change of mind.

In the event of a dispute regarding what constitutes a "custom order," the business reserves the right to determine final classification.
