Returns, Cancellations & Custom Orders – Terms & Conditions

1. Standard Stock Items – Returns

  • Returns of standard stock items are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in original condition (unused, undamaged, and with original packaging) to be eligible for a partial or full refund.

  • Returns will not be accepted:

    • After the 7-day return window.

    • If the item is not in its original condition

    •  For any custom orders.

       

    • For any discounted, sale, or clearance items.

       

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.

2. Ordered Items – Cancellations

  • Cancellations of processed orders for standard stock items are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

  • No cancellations will be accepted after the item has been dispatched.

  • This cancellation policy does not apply to custom orders (see below).

3. Custom Items – Orders and Cancellations

  • All custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once an order has been confirmed and a deposit has been paid.

  • By placing an order for a custom item, the customer agrees to proceed with full payment as agreed, regardless of changes in personal circumstances or change of mind.

  • In the event of a dispute regarding what constitutes a "custom order," the business reserves the right to determine final classification.
