A 40% deposit is required to proceed with all orders. No production or procurement will commence until the deposit has been received. Invoice balance must be finalised upon receiving notification of your order being ready. Payment can be made via direct transfer using the bank details provided on this invoice, or by card over the phone or in store.

Once your order has arrived or is ready, you will be notified to arrange delivery or collection. This must be organised within 7 days. Delivery is arranged via a third party courier. A delivery quote will be provided and all delivery fees are payable directly to the courier. Any additional costs incurred due to restricted access, failed delivery or re delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. For collections, our team will coordinate a suitable time and provide relevant collection details.

 Big Chair does not offer storage of orders unless otherwise agreed in writing, In circumstance that storage Orders that are not collected or scheduled for delivery within 7 days of arrival notification may incur a weekly storage fee, determined at the sole discretion of Big Chair. Any applicable storage fees must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery.

All custom and made to order items are produced to agreed specifications. Variations within standard manufacturing tolerances may occur and are not considered faults. Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements, specifications and site access prior to ordering.

Cancellation of standard stock orders after processing will incur a 40% restocking fee. Custom or made to order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
